LED Neon flex Vivid Pixel
GLLS Vivid Pixel fixtures represent one of the most versatile LED flexible products in the market. Our LED Neon Flex line includes:
We offer different profiles, beam angle, bending direction, lumen output, voltage, pixel length, among other characteristics, providing solutions to most applications.
Digital Pixel technology allows every pixel in the fixture to be controlled individually, which gives you the possibility of creating virtually any effects, from showing a static color to chasing pixels of over 16 million colors.
This world of possibilities requires a lot of creativity and some very sophisticated control. That’s only possible because Vivid Pixel fixtures have a built-in IC that reads SPI signal and controls each segment to create different colors and effects.
Digidot C4 is one of the most complete SPI controllers that can be used to program chasing scenes for GLLS LED light fixtures.
- One device may control up to 12 universes through four SPI output ports.
- Scenes can be created on the computer using the Digidot interfaces, or you can manage your device on the Digidot C4 app.
- Connection with the computer can be via Ethernet cable or using your Wi-Fi network.
While DMX controllers are very efficient, well tested and still widely used to control Vivid Pixel in different applications, they require the use of DMX to SPI decoders, which typically means more cabling, installation time, and less channels available.
Wiring and Configuration
Check out our How To video below!
We also explain on our Youtube Channel, step-by-step, how to set up your network and configure your equipment through the online Digidot interfaces, connected via ethernet cable or Wi-Fi network.
The web browser Digidot portal and phone app are the first step to having your device configured and running some basic scenes. For more complex programming, an Artnet software, such as Madrix, may be necessary.
By now you are probably ready to start exploring Neon Flex Vivid Pixel, but if you still have any questions, let us know and we will be happy to guide you through your application.
